Om Parvat is a sacred mountain in the Himalayas, located near the border between India and Nepal, in the Dharchula district of Uttarakhand.
The mountain stands at an elevation of about 5,590 meters (18,340 feet). The mountain is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, including glaciers, meadows, and picturesque villages. The mountain is said to be the site where Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati reside.
Meaning Of Om Parvat
Om Parvat holds a profound meaning, symbolizing divine connection and spiritual resonance. Its name is derived from the “Om” (เฅ) symbol which is composed of three sounds: A, U, and M.
A (เค
): The first sound, “A,” represents the creation or the beginning. It is associated with the waking state of consciousness (Jagrat) and is believed to symbolize the start of the universe, the material world, and the energy of creation. It resonates with the element of Earth.
U (เค): The second sound, “U,” represents preservation or the continuation of life. It corresponds to the dream state of consciousness (Swapna) and is believed to be the force that sustains life and order. It is connected with the element of Water.

Best Time To Visit -
